RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We take pride in making sure our Rugged West family are over the moon with their jackets. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the product you have received, please drop us a line at info@ruggedwest.co and we'll sort that out for you.

 

RETURNS

Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. We cannot accept returns after this period. Please note that in order to receive a refund, items must be returned in their unworn, brand new condition with tags still attached

Please ensure that jackets are packaged carefully so that they are presentable when we receive them back, as they will be re-added to our inventory.

If you change your mind about a product, it is your duty to return the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable service. 

Once we receive your returned order, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 working days. 

 

CUSTOM ORDERS

Please note that custom orders are not eligible for a refund and all sales are final. In order to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your custom jacket, please drop us a line before you place an order at info@ruggedwest.co so we get it just right for you!

 

FAULTY ITEMS

All of our products here at Rugged West are carefully inspected and photographed for quality assurance prior to being shipped out because we want our customers to enjoy wearing their jackets straight out of the box. In the event of receiving a faulty product, please contact us at info@ruggedwest.co with your order number and we will ensure a speedy exchange/return process with no additional costs to you.
