RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We take pride in making sure our Rugged West family are over the moon with their jackets. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the product you have received, please drop us a line at info@ruggedwest.co and we'll sort that out for you.

 

RETURNS

Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. We cannot accept returns after this period. Please note that in order to receive a refund, items must be returned in their unworn, brand new condition with tags still attached

Please ensure that jackets are packaged crefully so that they are presentable when we receive them back, as they will be re-added to our inventory.

If you change your mind about a product, it is your duty to return the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable service. 

Once we receive your returned order, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 working days. 

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For customers residing outside of The United Kingdom, please note the following guidelines for returning items:

  • You are responsible for mailing the return to our UK office using a trackable service.
  • Ensure to complete customs forms and invoices accurately. Mark the items as a return and reference the original order number.
  • Declare the value of the returned items at no more than GBP 35.
  • Declare the item as "returned goods"
  • Failure to follow this process may result in us incurring taxes and duties on the item for a second time, which will be deducted from your refund.

 

CUSTOM ORDERS

Please note that custom orders are not eligible for a refund and all sales are final. In order to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your custom jacket, please drop us a line before you place an order at info@ruggedwest.co so we get it just right for you!

 

FAULTY ITEMS

All of our products here at Rugged West are carefully inspected and photographed for quality assurance prior to being shipped out because we want our customers to enjoy wearing their jackets straight out of the box. In the event of receiving a faulty product, please contact us at info@ruggedwest.co with your order number and we will ensure a speedy exchange/return process with no additional costs to you. Should you wish to use your own returns service, we are unable to reimburse the cost. Please note that sample jackets are not eligible for a refund.
