I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Rugged West. I've purchased a good number of off the rack, custom and semi custom leather jackets (with varying measures of success) but I have a pretty good idea of what I want and need - mostly through trial and error.
Leilah was awesome (and responsive) to work with and the finished product was outstanding. The Cordovan leather was what initially caught my eye, so I reached out to RW. We collaborated on on both fit (I'm between a LG and XL) and and modifications and it was probably the best experience I've had in custom leather jacket purchases. I couldn't recommend Rugged West any more highly. I predict very, very good things for Leilah in the future!
